Confirming Appointments: Our front desk staff makes every attempt to confirm all
appointments, via text, email or phone call. We require a confirmation for all appointments by
3:00 PM the last business day before the scheduled appointment. If we do not hear from someone,
the appointment time will be released. **Note: If your appointment is on a Monday, we must hear
from you the Thursday before at 3:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
Any appointments canceled last minute will result in a missed appointment. After 3 missed
appointments without sufficient notice, you will no longer be given appointments
in our office.
