My whole experience with this visit to fix a broken tooth, which I was dreading as someone who hates even normal dental work, was quite possibly the best experience for a dental visit I have ever had. I was called back after only waiting 2 minutes. The dental assistant I was assigned (Emily) was excellent. The dentist is one of the most personable dentists I have ever used and he did a great job of answering all of my questions about the procedure and explaining every detail of what to expect. As I was leaving, there was a discrepancy over my billing and instead of charging the wrong amount and leaving me to deal with it later, the young lady spent the time to figure it out and make sure I only paid the correct amount. She even had the office manager double check the situation before she ran my card.
